I apply the Chinati Liquide HydroGen Toner after using the Chisos oxygen wash. It feels so cool and refreshing. Most toners are in liquid form, but Chinati is a gel. No need for makeup pads. A little gel on the fingertips goes a long way. Nothing wasted!
